Healthy Sunny Side Up Poached Eggs
People who love to eat eggs are generally fond of sunny side up poached eggs. So, today we will learn how to make this sunny side up egg poach in an easy and healthy way.
Ingredients
- Olive Oil / Butter (Any white oil can also be used)
- Two eggs
- A pinch of salt (to taste)
- A pinch of black pepper powder
Method
- First, heat a tawa or fry pan.
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter. You may also use any white oil instead.
- Now break two eggs one by one and pour them in the heated oil or butter. Instead, you can also break the eggs in a bowl separately and then put them carefully in the heated oil or butter.
- Then sprinkle a little salt and pepper powder on eggs being cooked.
- Cook the eggs from one side in the hot pan for three to four minutes more for getting a runny yolk. If you want the yolk to be less runny, then you can keep it a little longer.
- Now your sunny side up egg poach is ready. Pour it on a plate and serve hot.
